Asking for Help 4x6

There's a huge stigma around mental health and asking for help. Asking for help isn't a negative thing. It shows yourself that you want to take responsibility for what is happening in your brain. Asking for help is a brave thing to do. Together I hope we can break the stigma around mental health.
